he threw a TD pass to TE Brent Celek and his celebration was running to the giants' bench and picking up the locker room phone and pretending to talk on it
he got a 15 yard unsportsman conduct penalty for it

Actually he ran out of bounds from scrambling, stoping the clock short of the first down marker, in the 4th quarter and found himself right next to the locker room phones then He did that phone thing. So his celebration was for NOT getting the first down and NOT allowing the clock to continue running. It wasnt on the TD throw to Celec that he did that celebration. It was really stupid to do that because there was still 4 mins. on the clock and the play didnt even give the Eagles a 1st down. They ended up just running the next play then punting. It would have been 3rd and 2 if there wasnt the 15 yard penalty. If something bad would have happened on the Giants following drive then it would have been all McNabbs fault for being an ass before the game was competly out of reach. But what ended up happening on the Giants possession was Eli Manning choked and threw the ball right into one of the Eagles safetys hands thus sealing their victory so all is forgiven.
