Well one of my new years resolution was to get back into running shape and to put on some weight so I started a blog and figured I would post it here so you guys can keep me honest.

Also feel free to post suggestions on works out or routines you follow, my goal is to put on weight but not to get huge i would like to keep a runners physique.

I don't know too much about running, but if you want to put on some weight...just drink a lot of beer. Trust me!

As far as workouts, I usually just lift weights for about 10-20 minutes a day and do some pushups and situps.

a running thing I did 2 years ago was this.

It worked great for me.

And a mental note. I don't take sick days, if I'm feeling bad I do something, keep it light take it easy. Just hit the gym/track and do work, I usually feel better later for it.

But regardless good luck man.

My goal is work hard 47/52 weeks a year. Down time happens just let the mind relax let the body recover and get back in the saddle. For my vacation, exam week etc.
