bad trades 2012
Steven Ridley for an injured Jimmy Graham on bye? terrible trade! if youre going to trade a top 5 back for a severely under-performing TE on a terrible team, why not wait until after his bye? And why are you trading a top 5 back for a TE thats worse than your existing TE, anyway?
i was prepared to give you owen daniels straight up, and if you're gonna trade for a player on bye you could have picked up A Hernandez off waivers and had the ability to decide to play him this week if you think him healthy enough. BTW- the gronker has a hip injury thats limiting his mobility AND ability to block and reports indicate its the type of injury that lingers all season and that gronk would play through it. his production will likely be diminished, even if only a little, and Hernandez, when healthy, could get more snaps because of it.
This is basically giving Bumbles a free first round pick redo. Ridley is the current #4 back based on total points and average pts/wk while turner is bottom half top 10 in both categories, but youve been starting Turner every week and then trade Ridley?! I would have looked to trade Turner, whos still a top 10 back and having a decent season, instead, especially considering we get to keep one player for next year who's drafted higher than whatever rd Harness said. IE you have a young, potential top 5 draft pick that could automatically be yours next year and you trade him away for a TE thats worse than the TE you should be starting, is on bye this week, and might not play next week because of his injured ankle. WOW
this is one of the most one-sided trades ive seen in this league and im not even sure why you want a new TE in the first place...you picked up Chandler, saw one goose-egg against the best Defense in the NFL last week, where the normally potent Bills offense gets entirely shut down, and abandon him already? He's the #6 TE in terms of ave pts/week (if u subtract Hernandez who's only played one week...love how yahoo doesnt considers 0 pts in a week when calculating average) and prior to last week has been very consistent.
You may be 1-4 but with 3 top 10 RBs you were in the position of strength! I would have gone for a better WR.

wow...lost by half a point to a winless team. Trent Richardson got hurt in the first half and brent celek dropped a TD pass and had another called back b/c of a bogus offensive pass interference call. THX
