Tv Shows to watch

Postby Fist of the eskimo » Sun Jun 06, 2010 2:43 pm

Following the same rules as movies to see kind of, figured we could make a compilation of TV shows to watch:

Obviously some are givens like: Family guy, Simpsons, Seinfeld, The office y'know generic shit that is awesome

But looking for new stuff or some different stuff. For example a buddy of mine recommended "Justified" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1489428/ and I am greatly impressed by it so far.

Seinfeld. Then once you watch all the episodes, watch Curb Your Enthusiasm. I'm currently on Season 6 of CYE and it just gets better and better. Larry David is a comic genius!

Check out Operation Repo on Tru TV. The guy with the handlebar mustache is just a complete badass.

Operation Repo is awesome, but I can't find where to watch it on the net.

Chuck is simply amazing.

almost anything with a laugh track is terrible and any show with charlie sheen or david spade is instant fail. there are some clips of 2 and a half men that are really, really funny though.

star trek is ridiculous (all of it)

seinfeld is probably the most epic sitcom/comedy of all time but there are some good other ones. usually they dont have laugh tracks. any sitcom featuring a middle-aged, balding, fat father with a gorgeous wife is instant fail. it's always sunny in philadelphia is bar none the funniest show on TV right now...nothing is even close. Arrested Development is one of the best of all time as well but Fox doesnt know good TV if it flew a plane through their HQ. How i met your mother is one of the few laugh track sitcoms thats any good. some episodes are completely epic.

House is really, really good. Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles was really awesome...another show Fox canceled...

my friend was in an episode of entourage but ive never seen any of the show. heard it's really good tho. same with dexter. ive never had premium cable before

IT crowd is epic as well but it doesnt air in the US and havent found a good place to stream it. i saw a few episodes of chuck during the 1st season when it 1st came out and thought it was meh. i actually thought it was a joke TV show, i didnt think it was even planned to air longer than a few episodes.

I was watching V recently but I got tired of the horrible writing and over dramatic nonsense. The show is on the late prime time hour and the story still needs to be given to you like your a 10 year old.
I type a bunch of shit then people go fuk themselves

Fuck, I hope they do 1 more episode of V. The leader goes on a mad spree and nukes the Earth then says "Get Good, Bitches".
