The gap between a CEO's pay and an average worker's pay is over 300%. And that's just the CEO not counting the other VP's and higher ups. IMO it's crap that they can do it and that is why having a pure/true capitalistic economy does NOT work. The people that tend to do most of the work do not get most of the money. And this isn't just for minimum wage people. The below article talks about Oracle in it's first paragraph and how the CEO makes millions and the average worker makes about $30k a year. It's disgusting and should not be allowed.
