Nice 226, but it's more for competition because of the crazy adjustable sights it has. Love the colors though.

what do you think about this sig p250 9mm? http://beta.impactguns.com/product.aspx?zpid=29354

my application should be back soon so i'm starting to seriously look at guns again. looking to spend $500 for a 9mm pistol

im a glock fan and have been looking at the 17 a lot. the 19 is the sub version of the 17 which is better if i even get a concealed carry permit.

ok so im looking at the beretta 92f and springfield XD9 as well. i know the beretta is an excellent gun but it's a little pricey. cheapest ive seen is $650 so it's still outta my range. also it ways like 35 oz's unloaded...
the XD9 is another polymer gun and i like Springfield a lot. their XD series is very comparable to glock's lineup, both features and price-wise. they even use similar safety mechanisms. the downside to the XD9 is that it comes with 16 rd mags by default. i can only have 15 rd mags in NJ so i'd be using a smaller mag. i think the next smallest is 10. the glock 19 comes with 15 so it's perfect.

glock 19 is still the frontrunner:
light - 22-23 oz's unloaded
max NJ capacity mags
$500-530 new and includes 3 mags and 2 grips

I've heard only great things about the XD series. It's basically a dead ringer for a Glock.
